Advisory resources do not exist for all types of conflict and categories of employees at Freie Universität Berlin.

The Diversity and Anti-Discrimination Office at Freie Universität Berlin is the point of contact for complaints and advice in cases of discrimination.

The Berlin Leadership Academy offers counseling and training for professors at the W2 level and above, including conflict resolution.

Teachers can contact the Center for Academic and Psychological Counseling for advice on dealing with students experiencing mental health issues.
